Every order is hand-packed by our small team with care and attention to detail.

We work to dispatch all orders within 2-3 working days after the order is placed. Sometimes this process takes a little extra time, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding. Please know we’re working hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible without compromising on care or quality.

We try to ensure that stock is accurately updated on our website, but if a product is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible via email.

We have proudly moved our headquarters from the UK to the USA!  All orders will be shipped from Wisconsin, USA. These are the shipping time you can expect from us:

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders valued over $175. 

We do our best to meet these estimates, but can't guarantee them. You will receive a tracking number once your parcel has been processed for shipping, and can follow along using your tracking number.

Customs and import taxes

Please note that orders shipped outside the USA may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
